By creating an account or using the Coursy app or website you agree to these terms.

What Coursy is

Coursy is a platform that lists training courses and passes enrollments to the institutes and instructors that offer them. The institute is the provider of the course and is responsible for its content, schedule, quality, certificate and staff. Coursy does not teach the courses.

Your account

• Give true and up-to-date information, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud.
• You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).

Enrollments

• An enrollment request stays pending until the institute accepts it. Your seat is confirmed only once the institute approves your enrollment.
• The institute may reject an enrollment, for example when the course is full or its requirements are not met, and may cancel it.
• You can cancel your enrollment from the app while it is still pending.
• Enrollment closes after the course's registration deadline; you can still contact the institute directly.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

• Some courses require an advance payment by ShamCash. The money goes directly to the institute's ShamCash account; Coursy does not receive or hold it.
• Prices, refunds and the cancellation policy are set by each institute, and refunds are made by the institute. Contact the institute first; if you cannot reach an agreement, write to us and we will help you contact it.
• Submit only the transaction number of a transfer you made yourself for that course. Each transfer can be used once.

Reviews

• Reviews must describe your own experience with the course.
• No insults, threats, hate, advertising, false claims, or personal data of other people.
• We may remove reviews that break these rules, and suspend accounts that repeat it.

Content

Course and institute details are provided by the institutes, which are responsible for their accuracy. The Coursy name, logo and app belong to Coursy.

Liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but provide it as is. Coursy is not responsible for how an institute delivers its course, or for payments made between you and an institute.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Coursy after that means you accept the new terms.
